Job Detail: Technical Manager - Residential RC Frame

Our client who is a leading residential developer is recruiting a Technical Manager on a permanent basis to be based at their office in south west London.

The company specialises in large high quality apartment developments within the Greater London area and as such they are looking to recruit a Technical Manager with proven experience of RC Frame apartment projects.

The role will be to manage and coordinate the team of external consultants throughout the project and also to take responsibility for the management of a Technical Coordinator.

Candidates must be able to meet the following criteria in order to be considered:

• Proven experience working as a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator on large RC Frame residential developments.
• Excellent technical knowledge.
• A working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• One hour’s maximum commute from south west London.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
• The ability to effectively management the technical aspect of a major project from inception to completion.

The company are offering a salary of £45,000 (negotiable) plus car allowance, company pension scheme and private healthcare.
