Job Detail: Overseas Secondary Teachers

PBR Group is working with a leading International school based in Abu Dhabi to expand their team by 24 teachers for the start of the autumn term this August. The school offers the English National Curriculum and international GCSE to children aged 3 -16 and will offer the IB programme to students post-16.

The School combines a highly personalised approach to children`s social, intellectual, moral and physical development with excellent sporting and technological facilities, world class learning and cultural resources, small class sizes and a wide range of extracurricular activities. Each child is an individual whose personal interests, emotions, motivations, needs and aspirations are understood by caring, highly qualified professionals committed the highest quality of teaching and learning across the age range.

We are seeking to appoint a number of Science, Maths, English, Music, Art, Geography, History, DT, MFL and ICT Teachers. You will be committed to raising standards and have good organisational and interpersonal skills.

Candidate Specification:

• A highly motivated and excellent classroom practitioner 
• Enthusiasm, energy and commitment to children of all abilities 
• Ability to exercise professional leadership to secure high quality teaching 

Skills, Knowledge and Aptitude:

• At least 3 years experience of working in secondary schools 
• Thorough understanding of the National Curriculum 
• Ability to work within a close-knit, supportive team 
• Relevant and current professional development for National Curriculum for England
• High level KS3 and 4 teaching experience

Package:

• Salary up to £32K tax free 
• Free education at BISAD for up to 2 children 
• Large Accommodation allowance of 80,000 AED
• Arrival flights (no later than 12 August 2010)

• Flight Allowance AED 7,000 AED per annum (teacher and dependents included) not including arrival and departure flights
