Duration: 12 months fixed term contract

Our client, a well established Housing Association based in South London, is currently looking to employ an experienced ASB Officer. This will be a fixed term contract for 12 months.

You will investigate reports of various ASB issues, including nuisance and harassment made by tenants, residents or members of the public.
You will also take an active part in the development of policy procedures and strategy in respect of anti-social behaviour.

Applicants must demonstrate strong background experience in Anti-Social Behavioural issues, having dealt with legal actions and court dealings.

Please note, all applicants are expected to hold a current (issued within the past 12 months) Enhanced CRB
