Our client who is one of the UK’s leading national house building companies is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based from their office in Essex.
The company is experiencing a strong demand for their product and they have a number of projects about to start.
They are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to financially manage between 3 and 4 developments in the Essex and Hertfordshire area.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor must have proven experience working for a well known house building company and experience of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
The company is offering a very competitive salary of up to £50,000 plus car allowance, private healthcare and pension scheme.
