Job Detail: Estimator - House Building

Our client who is one of the UK's leading house building companies is recruiting an Estimator for their Essex region.

The company is a very well established Top 5 UK house builder / residential developer. They are experiencing a strong demand for their product and are going through a period of expansion within the Essex regional office.

They are looking to recruit an Estimator with proven experience working for recognised house building companies / residential developers.

Unfortunately Estimators with experience in other areas of the construction industry outside of house building will not be considered for this vacancy.

Ideally they are looking to recruit an Estimator who has some experience of carrying out Quantity Surveying duties.

The company is paying a salary of £50,000 (negotiable depending on experience) plus car allowance or company car, private healthcare, company pension scheme and bonus.
