Job Detail: Project Quantity Surveyor - High End Residential

Our client who is a leading main contractor that specialises in the high end residential refurbishment market in London is recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor for a new project in Knightsbridge.

The company is a well established and expanding organisation that specialises in high end residential refurbishment and interiors contracts in the luxury hotel market.

They are recruiting the Project Quantity Surveyor to head up a £10m high specification fit out of luxury apartments in Knightsbridge.

You will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the quantity surveying function relation to this project.

The successful candidate must have proven experience working as a No 1 Project Surveyor for a recognised main contractor / interiors contractor in the high end residential or luxury hotel markets overseeing contracts with a similar value.

An outline of the role includes:

• Preparation of budgets in conjunction with managing surveyor.
• Procurement of subcontractors
• Submission of quotations for variations
• Preparation of interim applications
• Preparation of monthly CVRs
• Maintaining subcontractor accounts and final accounts
• Management of Assistant Surveyors
