Registering with PBR Group
When you register for jobs in the construction or education industry with PBR Group you will be dealing with a consultant who is experienced in their sector.
We will discuss your individual requirements in depth including the type of company you would like to work for, your career aspirations, your motivations and the areas you are happy to work in.
Before we submit your CV to a client we will always contact you first as we understand the importance of discretion when searching for your next opportunity. We also believe that a tailored approach based around your individual requirements will produce better results than the “blanket CV sending” approach, often favoured by larger agencies.
We will update you at every stage of the recruitment process and give you honest and constructive feedback whether you have been successful or not.
Once the right opportunity has been secured our service to you will continue. We will remain in regular contact with both you and the client to ensure both parties are happy and that your new career is progressing the way you hoped.
We meet all our candidates face to face and you will be required to provide the following:
Construction
- Proof of identity
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- Proof of National Insurance
- References
Education
- Current Enhanced CRB disclosure certificate
- GTC Membership card
- Teaching Certificate
- Written references covering the last 5 years of employment
- Proof of Identification, one of the following:
- passport
- photographic drivers license
- Proof of National Insurance, one of the following:
- Proof of current address dated within the last 3 months, two of the following:
- utility bills
- bank or credit card statement
- council tax bill
- Fully completed application form
- Evidence of name change, one of the following if applicable:
- Marriage certificate
- Decree Absolute
- Adoption certificate
- Deed poll letter
- Overseas police check if you lived in a country for more than 12 months or you are a foreign national
- NARIC letter if you qualified outside of the EU
